Terms and Conditions of Sale of Aveirosate, hereinafter referred to as Aveirosate, and, on the other hand, the customer, qualified at the time of purchase of the products, hereinafter referred to as Customer.

Aveirosate carries out the sale of original household appliances for various brands; The purpose of this agreement is to establish the Terms and Conditions of Sale of products on the website.

I. Returns of parts are not accepted. The parts sold by us are original replacement parts, Fagor, Edesa, Aspes, De Dietrich. Incorrect installation may cause the part to malfunction. Give the installer the responsibility for their correct installation. The quality tests ensure its proper functioning. No refunds are allowed. The warranty is valid only if the part is installed by Official Brand Assistance.

 IV. Delivery policy: The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase, and counted in working days. VIII - The value of Shipping Costs are calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Product.

IX - The purchases will be paid by Bank Transfer to our IBAN, and the order will only be issued after a good collection of the amount in question. It is recommended to send the proof of payment to geral@aveirosate.pt
