Shipments

I. Delivery policy: The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase, and counted in working days. The deliveries of the Products are carried out from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. If the customer upon receiving the order, detects that the box is damaged, do not receive the order, or mark the same information on the conveyor's guide. If this is not done, we can not be held liable for any possible damage to the transport.

II- Attempted delivery will be made at the place of delivery. If you are not at the delivery location, a postal coupon is left in the mailbox to carry out the order pickup. The article is not lifted, the request will return to Aveirosate.

III- Upon completion of the order it is not possible to change the payment method and / or delivery address. If it is necessary to change the address after the request the customer should send email to geral@aveirosate.pt as soon as possible.
